New Global Sport Conference 2025.

During Esports World Cup week, fischerAppelt's MUSE entry says, 'hundreds of industry gatherings take place around the world. Most of them look the same: panels, speeches and networking breaks.' NGSC 2025, held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Riyadh on 23 and 24 August 2025 during the tournament's closing weekend, was meant to break that format (MUSE; Entrepreneur Middle East).

'Instead of building a conference, we built a functioning decision platform for the global sports and gaming economy,' fischerAppelt says in its MUSE entry. Programming, spatial design, media production and operations were planned as one system, with shorter sessions, structured spaces for interaction instead of passive networking, dedicated meeting infrastructure, a live studio and media village, and a central event app. The organiser adds that four Saudi ministers opened the event, that the Esports Nations Cup was announced there, and that two new formats ran: The Foundry, a stage for investor masterclasses and start-up pitches, and the NGSC Studio, which broadcast sessions live.
