The challenge
Peru sits on the Ring of Fire, and no technology reliably predicts earthquakes.
The idea
Volunteer dogs wore collars tracking pulse, temperature and breathing, and AI estimated each animal's stress. A sudden rise across many dogs in different districts would trigger alerts via geo-targeted digital billboards, web, mobile and radio.
