The challenge
The postal group needed to make a technical logistics improvement understandable and visible to the public.
The idea
The familiar puzzle became a metaphor for optimised loading. Co-branded trucks, stamps and films translated the operational change into a recognisable collaboration.
Results
- La Poste reports capacity increasing from 1,500 to 4,500 parcels per truck and an estimated 15,000 tonnes of CO₂ emissions avoided annually.
