The challenge
Misk needed young Saudis to sign up for the 2023 edition of Innovation Diwan, a programme that, Saudipedia says, aims to develop social innovators among the Kingdom's youth by encouraging them to present creative solutions to five challenges.
The idea
In Albrand's words, it is 'a film for launching the Innovation Diwan 2023 program while showing last year's projects in a one-shot film.' The script was built from the projects' Arabic names, which carry double meanings, linked together to encourage people to take part; a social media influencer played the lead and the real people behind the projects made up the cast (MUSE). Ziad Barazi directed for the Riyadh production company Aflam (Ads of the World).
