People judge a government service by how easy it feels, which hides the systems and people behind it. Swing's MUSE entry says a transaction that seems instant relies on 'extensive coordination, data validation, and security measures', and that the authority wanted to thank the government entities doing that work.

With Swing, the authority made what the entry calls 'an immersive video' that 'dramatizes the journey of a digital transaction, illustrating how it travels between various government entities before reaching its final stage, where a simple confirmation message signifies its completion.' It was made for the Digital Government Forum, the authority's event with panel sessions and the Digital Government Award (MUSE).
