The challenge
Neither Mobily nor PHD has published the brief. Mobily presented the launch as an expression of its commitment to a distinctive, reliable and seamless experience for customers across the Kingdom, and in May 2025 tied the شبكة سابقة line to its claim, citing international speed-measurement platforms, of the lowest latency among Saudi operators for gaming, live streaming and video.
The idea
As reported in April 2025, the campaign ran across the north and south LED facades of Kingdom Tower, about 30,924 square metres, showing its logo, a signal-bar graphic and the line "A Leading Network". According to the screens' operator, Rotana Signs, a moving blue laser show ran at the same time, connecting Kingdom Tower with Al Faisaliah Tower to the south and Majdoul Tower to the north, and Mobily was the first telecom operator to use both facades in full. In May 2025 Mobily said the شبكة سابقة campaign marked its latency ranking and invited customers to make the most of cloud, gaming, streaming and IoT services on its network.
