The challenge
KFSHRC wanted to feel more human, but hospital advertising tends to lean on treatment, diagnosis and medical imagery.
The idea
The film follows twin sisters through moments of care, conflict and company, then reveals that the supportive twin was a projection of the patient's own inner struggle, which changes how the earlier scenes read. It uses only pictures and music, and positions the hospital as the presence that replaces isolation with real care.
