Later? Why Not.

The challenge

FLOOSS wanted to promote an offer that lets customers apply now and make their first repayment in 2027. According to the agency, every financing app in the region already says 'pay later', so the phrase had stopped registering. The task was to make 'later' mean something again to a Bahraini audience.

The idea

The Collective Creative Agency (TCCA) built the campaign, بعدين؟ ليش لا! (Later? Why not!), around baʻdain, the everyday Bahraini word for 'later'. In a vertical hero film written in Bahraini dialect, a man called Fahad is told 'later' three times in one day, at the garage, by a plumber at home and at the dentist, until he can't stand the word; then his wife uses it to describe the FLOOSS app and the irritation becomes the offer. A colour rule runs through every piece: بعدين is always orange, while الحين ('now') and money are always FLOOSS blue. The 90-second hero reel ran on FLOOSS's channels with 30, 15 and 6-second cutdowns, four feed statics, story ads and an in-app banner, in Arabic and English, each carrying the Central Bank of Bahrain licensing line; the banner stills were shot on the same sets with the same three characters. Neither FLOOSS nor the agency has published a launch date.
