Insight Studios' award entry says the film set out to change the global picture of Saudi tourism: 'While the world often associates the region with vast deserts, this film unveils the lush, mist-covered peaks and vibrant cultural heritage of the Aseer region.'
الفكرة
The production house describes the film as 'an immersive visual poem that captures the soul of the highlands', shot in locations it says had never been filmed before and drawing on the region's dance groups, food and landmarks. According to the entry, more than 500 local Saudis took part. Henrik Rostrup directed, and the entry credits WIDENEXT as the agency.
