Monsha'at, the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority, made Biban24 an 'expanded and global continuation of previous editions' to strengthen entrepreneurship in the Kingdom for local and international founders (MUSE entry), and said its agreements would help 'solidify Saudi Arabia's position as a global hub for entrepreneurial opportunities' (SPA).

The forum ran from 5 to 9 November 2024 at the Riyadh Front Exhibition and Conference Center, planned with more than 250 local and international speakers, 1,350 exhibitors and 150 support bodies, and hosted the finals of the Entrepreneurship World Cup (SPA), where 100 finalists from 52 countries pitched (Monsha'at). Monsha'at entered the event itself, with films on the forum's BibanGlobal YouTube channel.
