The challenge
The entry presents the film as a short, artistic introduction to Ashghal, Qatar's Public Works Authority, the government body set up in 2004 to design, build and maintain the country's infrastructure, including major roads, highways, drainage systems and public buildings.
The idea
The film 'takes us in a journey in Ashghal's most major projects in Qatar': expressways, infrastructure for new citizen housing, drainage networks and public buildings, along with road networks, sustainable infrastructure and smart-city technology, tied to Qatar National Vision 2030 (MUSE entry). Abdullah Khattab of Ashghal directed, shot and edited it, with Mahmoud Hamaky of Invention Studios credited as executive producer.
