Roshn Saudi League hands live matches to GOAL's creator hosts.

The Roshn Saudi League has signed Footballco to stream selected matches with live creator commentary on GOAL's Front Three channels. The first broadcast is Al Qadsiah against Al Hilal on 23 October.
Two more fixtures are confirmed before the end of the year: the Jeddah Derby between Al Ittihad and Al Ahli on 26 November, and the Riyadh Derby between Al Nassr and Al Hilal on 10 December. The streams mix live match footage with discussion from the Front Three creators, and are open to viewers in the UK and Ireland, Belgium, the Nordic countries and Canada. Footballco's Arabic-speaking brand Yalla GOAL will build up each game beforehand, with hosts Youssef Othman and Amn Ghelioun previewing players and storylines. Clips then go out on Front Three's TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram accounts.
The deal sits beside a separate Footballco agreement with Recast, the platform behind the league's new distribution model, which lets approved publishers stream live RSL matches on their own sites. Footballco's SVP for the Middle East, Andy Jackson, said its watch-along coverage of last season's Riyadh Derby drew 3.8 million views, and that the aim is to turn creator-led awareness into paying viewers through Recast. Mohamed Rassmy, the league's digital media rights director, framed it as a way to reach international fans on platforms they already use.
Neither side has said how many matches the deal covers beyond the three named, what it is worth, or whether the streams will carry their own sponsorship or ad inventory. Viewing figures for the new broadcasts have not been published yet.
For Saudi sponsors and rights holders, this is another sign that the league sees creators as a distribution channel in their own right, not just a promotional add-on. Brands already backing the RSL or its clubs should ask whether creator-hosted streams in Europe and Canada come with sponsorship packages, and how audience data will be shared.
