Khobar Season 2026.
The second Khobar Season, run by the Sharqia Development Authority with the Saudi Tourism Authority, opens on 13 November on the Khobar waterfront, where Ithra stages the opening night. Local press reports more than 40 events and 100 experiences across 10 sites, with the season running to 5 February 2027 (Sada Tabuk, 1 November).
What to expect
- Opening night on 13 November on the Khobar waterfront, themed "Khobar: A Story Written by the Sea", with a boat parade, a fishermen's show and the Saudi Ardah, according to Ithra's announcement.
- Ithra Winter 2026 runs alongside the opening from 12 to 28 November at Dhahran Expo, its first time at that venue.
