تُحتسب أفضل ميدالية لكل حملة في كل مهرجان وسنة: للجائزة الكبرى وتيتانيوم وGrand Clio والأفضل في المهرجان 10 نقاط، وللبلاتينية 8، وللذهبية 5، وللفضية 3، وللبرونزية نقطة واحدة، مضروبةً في وزن المهرجان. وحين تمنح الجائزة فوزاً بلا ميدالية، مثل «فائز»، يُحتسب ذهبيةً، وكذلك Craft Gold في Loeries، بينما تُحتسب Rose Gold في MUSE (2017–2018) فضيةً. وتُعامَل أقلام D&AD معاملة الميدالية المقابلة لها: الأسود 10 نقاط، والأصفر والأبيض 5، والجرافيت 3، والخشبي نقطة واحدة.
